Green With Envy

I find there are few things in life I enjoy more than spending time with lovely ladies and chit chatting while doing their makeup. I had such a blast playing with a pop of colour on a standard smokey eye, something that the lovely lady featured on this blog post is a bit fearful of. It's so nice to surprise them with something they never thought would be wearable and also look so stunning on them!

this boo face...

Eyeshadow Breakdown: I used a combination of the Tamanna Palette from Anastasia Beverly Hills and the Vice 2 Palette by Urban Decay. From the Tamanna Palette I used Bengal as my transition shade and Chocolate from inner to outer corner on the crease. On the outer corners of the eye I used a combination of Chocolate and Noir. On the lid I used the amazing green shade Damaged from The Vice 2 Palette and in the centre of the lid I popped a little Venezia from the Tamanna Palette to brighten it up
Liner: Maybelline Gel in Blackest Black
Waterline: Too Faced Perfect Eyes Waterproof Eyeliner in Perfect Black
Mascara: Maybelline Lash Sensational
Lashes: Pixie Luxe by House of Lashes

MAC Fluidline Brow Gelcreme in Deep Dark Brunette

Lipstick: Rimmel Nude Delight
Gloss: Maybelline Color Elixir in Nude Illusion

I was so nervous these pictures wouldn't turn out as lovely as they did as we lost the natural sunlight but I couldn't be happier! Hope this inspires you to add a little pop of colour into your normal makeup routine!

"You'll need coffee shops and sunsets and road trips
airplanes and passports and new songs and old songs
...but people more than anything else.
You will need other people
and you will need to be that other person to someone else.
A living, breathing, screaming
invitation to believe in better things."
